New Calendar on OC Shrinks

We have integrated our new Event Calendar on the OC Shrinks website with our Membership management platform, which is great news for all OC Shrinks Professional Members. “Why?” you ask. Let us explain.

As a new Member Benefit, OC Shrinks Professional Members can now post your mental health related events to the OC Shrinks Event Calendar at no additional cost. Yup, another free benefit we have added for our valued Members. Now the new OC Shrinks Event Calendar not only features OCS events but YOUR events as well.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS

Start by going to the OC Shrinks Event Calendar page on the website. This is new, so be patient, more events will be posted in the coming months. 

TO SUBMIT AN EVENT

Sign in to your account on the Member Login page, then open the OCS website in a new browser window and click on the Events tab, then choose the Event Calendar. Because you are logged into your OCS Account, you will now be able to see and click “Add New Event”. You won’t see the option to add an event unless you are logged into your OCS Member Account.

Choose the Category “Member Event SUBMISSION”. Fill in the event title, date, time, location, description of your event. You may add an image of your event, it’s optional. Be sure to include how a person should RSVP/Register, where they can go to get more information, if there are any deadlines, and who to contact with questions. You can include links within your event, like to your website, Eventbrite or Facebook page/event. We appreciate your Membership and your Event submissions. We will email you once your Event has been approved and published.

Now don’t worry if you forget these instructions. To make it easy for you, they are posted at the top of the Event Calendar page.

As a reminder, you log into your OC Shrinks Member Account on the website. Here’s a direct link. Member Login. And don’t worry if you forgot your password. There’s an option on that page to “request your password”. Again, making it easy for you!
