Who we are: Founded in 2013 by Shelby Castile, M.A., LMFT, Orange County Shrinks is now a thriving organization with over 3,000 members dedicated to upholding the highest standards of care in mental health.
How we help: We are here to make the process of getting help as seamless as possible for everyone involved. Clients have come to deeply trust our directory as a reliable source for finding help in Orange County, CA. Clinicians have found a steadfast community of mental health colleagues to share information, referrals and opportunities.

Orange County Shrinks has some exciting news! Our community has been growing steadily and it’s time to level up! We have updated our website and implemented a new way to organize and promote our Members. The new system allows us to be more efficient as well as elevate our member experience with many new options!
We're especially proud of the value of our Find a Clinician Directory on the OC Shrinks website (the most popular page). Help us keep it up by using the Clinician Directory to make referrals! The second most popular page is the Find a Treatment Center or Agency Directory!
In addition to Clinicians, Treatment Centers & Agencies, we have added another member category, the Community Resource Directory. This category is for those related to the mental health community we serve. Learn more about the Benefits of each membership.
We’ve added many new features like the ability for you to add your Specialties and new clients can search the Directory by Specialty to find you faster. We have a new Job Board for mental health opportunities and a brand new Announcement Board where members can post their books for sale, practice for sale, office space availability, good news, and more. Plus, our new Event Calendar not only shows our OC Shrinks Events, but members can post their own mental health related events too! All of this is free to our OC Shrinks Professional Members. We will highlight these new benefits on our blog and via email.
